Because each NOKA arrangement is handcrafted and arranged to order, we can’t accept returns for:- Items damaged through use or handling
- Sale, clearance, or gift card purchases
- Custom arrangements or vase bundles
- Personalised products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Perishable goods
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately — we’ll replace it at no cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 days, please contact your bank or card provider first — then reach out to us at support@shopnoka.com and we’ll help.
